Silbo’s colonial architecture and unique character make it a one-of-a-kind venue for professional meetings, product launches, press conferences, workshops, photo shoots, and audiovisual recordings, as well as small corporate events.
Its maximum capacity is 12 people. The organization of each event will depend on the venue’s layout and the specific requirements of the activity.

Silbo has a fully equipped separate kitchen with a ceramic-glass cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, a complete set of kitchenware, and small appliances.
La Colonial Suites preserves the traditional architecture of its historic building, with thick walls and large windows that help maintain a pleasant indoor temperature for much of the year. For this reason, the apartments do not have air conditioning or heating. Gran Canaria’s mild climate, known as the “eternal spring,” adds to the comfort, although temperatures can vary and there may also be periods of heat. However, we have fans and space heaters available if you need them.
