The Bedmar apartment can accommodate up to four people and features a separate bedroom, a living area, and a loft.

Its large windows let in plenty of natural light, while the loft and decorative details create a space with its own unique character in the historic district of Vegueta.

The bathroom at Bedmar has an open layout, integrated into the apartment's floor plan, so it doesn't offer the same level of separation and privacy as a completely separate bathroom. It features a glass-enclosed shower. This is an important detail to keep in mind when choosing your accommodations, especially if you're traveling with a group.

La Colonial Suites preserves the traditional architecture of its historic building, with thick walls and large windows that help maintain a pleasant indoor temperature for much of the year. For this reason, the apartments do not have air conditioning or heating. Gran Canaria’s mild climate, known as the “eternal spring,” adds to the comfort, although temperatures can vary and there may also be periods of heat. However, we have fans and space heaters available if you need them.
