We would be delighted to welcome you, but we would also like for you to be able to do your own thing, and come and go as you please. Therefore, we have come up with a fully online check-in and check-out system.

Check-in and key pickup

As soon as you make a booking, you shall receive an e-mail including all the necessary information for you to continue to digitally register. For you own safety, and also for us to abide by the current authorities and health regulations which require for all guests to be duly registered, we will ask you for your details by means of a fully user-friendly and trustworthy link where you can easily register yours, and other guests’ details.

Check-in can be done from 14:00 in the afternoon onwards, and check-out must be before 12:00 pm on the day of your departure. Should you require to do so, you may leave your luggage in our cloakroom. But do remember that your access code stops working once your stay is up. If you happen to forget something and you need to get back in, you will have to phone us. We are available at all times.


Every apartment is equipped with a lovely and stunning fully equipped kitchen: a ceramic cooktop, a fridge, an oven, microwave, tableware and small appliances. That is the reason why La Colonial Suites has no restaurant service. Also, there are plenty of delicious restaurants in the Vegueta and nearby area of Triana, so you won’t miss having a breakfast service. Quite the contrary, the idea is for you to discover incredible spots and the most exquisite cuisine in lively and astonishing surroundings.

Cleaning and laundry services

All apartments are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the new check-in takes place. Since you’re coming here to rest, there is no need for you to make your own bed. We organise daily housekeeping services, not including a change of sheets and towels. Sheets and towels are changed on stays over five nights. If you need an extra change, you must request it and pay for it separately.

There are personal toiletries available, but we have decided to be sustainable and therefore use larger containers that we refill, as opposed to small individual containers.

Internet, WIFI and possible issues

All apartments avail of a WI-FI connection and a TV with plenty of channels available.

The e-mail confirming your booking includes the internet passwords. Should there be any connection issues, please contact us on our website and we will immediately help you.

Rates, change of dates or cancellation

At La Colonial Suites we have different rates that allow you to change dates and even cancel (with advance notice). You can choose between: – Refundable rate with free cancellation (CG) – Non-refundable, but flexible rate (NR).

We protect your data with SSL (the acronym that responds to the terms in English Secure Socket Layer), which is a security protocol that makes your data travel in an integral and safe way. That is to say. The transmission of data between a server and web user, and in feedback, is fully encrypted or encrypted. 

The minimum purchase age is 18 years. 


  •  FREE cancellation of the reservation with advance notice up to 10 days before the date of entry.
  •  The amount of the first night, including taxes, will be charged to the credit card provided.
  • In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, this amount will not be returned.


  • It does not allow cancellation or refund of the amount.
  •  It is flexible: it allows the modification of dates based on availability, as long as it is done up to 7 days before your arrival.
  • Once the reservation is confirmed, the total charge will be made on the card.
  • In the case of cancellation or no-show, the amount charged will not be refunded.


When checking in, you will be asked to sign a document to guarantee us both our rights and liabilities for peace of mind when it comes to any inconvenience that may arise. There are also some regulations that we ask you to comply with: please try not to make too much noise, especially during the night and first thing in the morning; parties, dances and loud music are not allowed, as well as any other behaviour that may disturb other guests.

There are no pets allowed. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartments, but allowed in the solarium terrace.

Furthermore, the person signing the booking is the one held liable for all other guests sharing the apartment. All guests must be duly registered.
